CONTEST TIMELINE

• CONTEST ENTRIES start on 10/14/2023 and will be accepted until 11:59 pm on 10/15/23. 
• VOTING begins on 10/21/2023 and ends on 10/23/2023 at 11:59 pm. (We need time to compile and post entries.)
• WINNERS/RESULTS ANNOUNCED the next day on this website as well as shared on Facebook. Make sure you follow us at facebook.com/spookthelake.

CONTEST RULES:

We have two separate contests. The BEST COSTUME contest consisting of an INDIVIDUAL category and a GROUP category with one winner in each category. In addition, there is a BEST DOCK contest which consists of one winner in each county (Cullman, Winston, Walker – three total dock winners). Contest entry is only open for the weekend of Spook the Lake. Each entry MUST have a photo and description. We will compile and post all entries as quickly as we can and post here for public voting. Voting will only be open for TWO DAYS. Only one vote per category is allowed per email address. Any additional votes with the same email address will be automatically voided. Winners receive a WINNER PLAQUE with a place for you to insert a photo.20
