Spook the Lake is a wildly popular event which has become a fall tradition! STL brings hundreds back to support Smith Lake’s economy during the off-season while supporting the mission of Alabama Lakewide Charities!
Spook the Lake
Spook the Lake is “trick-or-treating by water”. It is our fall on-water fundraising event at Lewis Smith Lake where kids, their friends, and their parent’s boat around to designated boat docks around the lake to collect candy or other goodies given out by volunteer host docks. Currently, this is Alabama Lakewide Charities’ largest event in participation.
